Build Diary 05-December-04

The trailing edge of the RV7 rudder needs to be riveted. To ensure it stays straight the instructions are to cleco some angle. I used the internal bar as a gauge. I counterpunched rather than drill through as the holes are at an angle and drilling through would damage the bar. Drilling through the skins may have also damaged the skin holes. The aluminum angle came from B&Q for £7.00 a two meter length. I finished the elevator frames today, the flouting and dimpling of the counterbalance skin and rib.
